Chapter Awards
At the awards banquet on Saturday night, the following chapter awards will be presented:
Rookie Member of the Year (not a member before Sept, 2008)
Student Member of the Year
Advisor of the Year
Most Improved Chapter of the Year
Chapter of the Year
Any active chapter in the region may nominate persons or chapters for regional award recognition. Each chapter may send only one nomination form for each of the awards. The inclusion of a chapter officer's name and office on the form will certify that the nomination submitted is the consensus of the chapter. The nomination must be for individual or chapter accomplishments and activities completed between September 1, 2008 and October 30, 2009.
Please use the PDF document forms available from the links below for submitting nominations. Justification/documentation for the nomination must be typed within the designated box on the form. Be sure to type in all of the other required information, as well. Nominations for Most Improved Chapter of the Year and Chapter of the Year must use the specific NBS Model Chapter criteria, included as a separate page with the nomination forms for these awards, as the foundation for documenting the performance of a chapter in consideration for either of the awards.
Send completed nominations as e-mail attachments to Dr. Joe Chuk at chuk@kutztown.edu by FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2009. Only nominations e-mailed as completed documents from the links below by the due date will be considered by the judges.
